She Said Sonam and she made a plan of exercises to be followed and Sonam was following it from a month before the wedding as the fashionista was quite tied up with her schedule and could go to Radhika’s studio for a workout, Sonam worked out her own home. Sonam followed a plan of Pilates for 45 minutes and also Cardio exercises for 45 minutes. During the month of prewedding workout, they cut down on the weight training for the reason that Sonam doesn’t get any injury. Also to be energetic and stress-free Sonam is running quite a bit. And talking about the diet, Radhika revealed Sonam is advised Avacado and toast, fresh fruits and juices for breakfast, Dal rice and protein vegetable for lunch and Salads, Grilled vegetables and fish for dinner before 6.
